CONSTRUCTION works of the Outpatient Department at Chifinshi Rural Health Centre using the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Lavushimanda District in Muchinga Province have reached an advanced stage. 

Lavushimanda Town Council Director of Engineering, Humphrey Makabe says the works which are at 70 percent completion were funded slightly over K1.5 million under the 2025 CDF allocation.

Mr Makabe was speaking when a team of the Constituency Development Fund Committee (CDFC) members toured some CDF projects in Mfuwe constituency.

He said the works that are expected to be completed this year are aimed at boosting health care and bringing the services closer to the people.

Mr Makabe explained that the works at Chifinshi include the OPD building, an ablution block and a water reticulation system were funded under the 2025 CDF allocation.
