GOVERNMENT says the delimitation process currently underway will enhance citizen participation in national governance and development.

Speaking during the launch of the Voice of the People (VOP) Organisation, Justice Minister Princess Kasune says the organisation will help unite Zambians and focus on key issues of governance, democracy and development.

Ms Kasune emphasised that the VOP will empower citizens to actively engage in governance processes, thereby promoting transparency, accountability and inclusivity.

“Voice of the People will provide a platform for Zambians to unite and focus on critical issues of governance, democracy and development,” she said.

Meanwhile, Voice of the People Chairperson Nalukui Milapo has explained that the initiative is designed to promote genuine inclusivity and transparent governance processes.
