text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">Lavushimanda District Assistant Registration Officer (ARO) Supervisor, Mushimba Phiri, said in an interview with ZANIS that the extension will allow more residents to be captured, especially those who missed the earlier phases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u201cThe extension is going to work in our favor because those who were not captured in the first phases will be captured during the fifteen-day period,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">Mr Phiri noted that Lavushimanda being a rural district, some residents missed the initial registration because they were engaged in other activities such as caterpillar harvesting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">Meanwhile, Lavushimanda District Voter Education Committee (DVEC) Chairperson, Osward Bwalya, commended the efforts of Voter Education Facilitators (VEFs), describing the voter education as having been done successfully across the district.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;
